| Back Story Emcor Group Inc, a US, Connecticutt based corporation, wanted to promote breast cancer screening and awareness. The plan was to take a photo of employees, in pink hard hats, forming a pink ribbon at Johns Hopkins Hospital. The week prior to the event, we scouted the location to test for the proper amount of sunlight between 7:30-8:00 A.M. |

| We started at 4:45 A.M., in darkness, laying out the ribbon shape. Serge had everything pretty much in order by 7:30, and then we hurried up to the 6th floor to capture the event. |  |
